Returns & Exchanges

At PayPal Fashion, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account, select the order you wish to return, and click the 'Start Return' button to receive your digital authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
